- AMS program files are stored in either one of two forms of archive file, with
- the stem AMSMNU
-
- AMSMNU.EXE is a self-extracting archive file.
- AMSMNU.ZIP is an archive file requiring PKUnZip for extraction.

- To install the system,
-
- Make a directory on your hard disk, then change to it, eg
-
- MD \PUBLIC
- CD \PUBLIC
- MD AMS
- CD AMS

- For self extracting archive files, type:
- A:AMSMNU or B:AMSMNU as applicable.
- The file will self extract.

- For .Zip Archive files, type:
- PKUNZIP A:AMSMNU or PKUNZIP B:AMSMNU as applicable.

- Some archive files will have the version number tagged to the end of the file
- name, ie AMSMNU15, in which case this name should be used in place of AMSMNU.

- KEEP THE ORIGINAL AMSMNU FILE - YOU ARE LIKELY TO NEED IT AGAIN ONE DAY!

- software distributors.

- DEALER.DOC if it exists, is a file containing information for Dealers who
